Optivo offered 18 Shared Ownership apartments in the heart of South London’s largest town, Croydon. Equidistant from West Croydon and East Croydon train stations, our brand focussed on flexible living.
A rich, working class heritage
The logo mark we created was inspired by the rich working class heritage of Croydon, paired with the notion that residents are able to put their own stamp on these homes.
