Moat commissioned us to create the branding and sales brochure for their new development, offering homes on a shared ownership basis, Moat at The Chase.
Task: to create branding and a sales brochure that represented the heritage of the development site as the former Axton Chase School, which would particularly to appeal to local people who have personal links to the former school.
Solution: we used the concept of a traditional school exercise book to pay homage to the site's heritage. Information is presented in subject areas including Geography and Home Economics and is printed on uncoated paper stock to remind readers of their schoolbooks. We even stopped for the odd doodle as well!
