Family Mosaic commissioned us to create the branding and marketing campaign for their enviable development, Brooklyn Apartments.
Within easy reach of Greenwich and Deptford the development has lots of offer - great transport links, entertainment, shopping, green space and leisure opportunities.
Our design and copywriting solution highlights the ‘city cool’ location to the target audience of professional commuters in the 26-35 age bracket. An alternative format was developed which moved away from the more traditional 12 page, A4 approach.
Instead, a lifestyle pack was designed which features an A2 size art-poster and postcards; the kind of thing the recipient might like to put on the wall of their brand new apartment.
At full size, the poster is a stylised location map highlighting practical information such as road names, transport links and local parks. When folded to A4, users will find an overview of the development, floor plans, block plans and a site map.
3 location postcards were also designed; one for shopping, one for bars, restaurants and entertainment and one for sports and fitness. These two elements are housed within an A4 folder.
