Officially launched on 2nd December, we are proud to have rebranded the National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations to Children England (NCVCCO).
The process of rebranding the organisation began in May when we were successful in winning a strategic pitch to the organisation, formerly known as NCVCCO.  A close consultation period with the organisation followed our appointment as their rebranding agency. Our mission was to create a name and visual identity for NCVCCO, which would enhance their reputation as leaders of the children, young people and families sector. They wanted an identity that would make them more accessible – not only to their existing members, but to potential members policy makers and the media.

After a period of research, creative thinking, market testing and staff interviews a short list of names and visuals were presented to the organisation as they were then, NCVCCO.  Children England was the overwhelming favourite. We developed the visual route to compliment the name and identity of the organisation – they are leaders, they are accessible and friendly, they represent their members, they work to promote the best for children.

The staff and trustees of the organisation are thrilled with their new identity, as Joe Levenson, Director of Policy and Communication explains:

“We are really excited to be moving forward with a name that is clearer, more memorable, reflects members priorities and builds upon our proud history. Strudel provided the creativity, sensitivity and professionalism that we were hoping for and we are delighted with the results. Our new name and brand identity will enable Children England to do more than ever to use the collective voice of the children, young people and families voluntary sector to achieve positive change for children.”
