Studio Plaza is a new affordable housing development from Hightown Praetorian & Churches Housing Association, on the site of the old MGM studios.
With such a unique location, we had plenty to work with creatively and our 'rom-com' concept stole the show.
This mixed tenure development in the heart of Borehamwood comprises of 25 houses and apartments available for shared ownership and 29 houses and apartments on the buy to rent scheme.
Our lively creative campaign in local press and online was supported by brochures and a website and the VIP launch attracted queues of people through the door and plenty of reservations.
The weather was a big concern in planning the VIP and open day, but we were blessed with glorious weather for the day. The red carpet was rolled out, of course!
