Catalyst Housing commissioned us to research, write and design their Resales Pack for Leaseholders.

Our challenge was to position the Catalyst Housing resales offering in line with high-end estate agency services. We had a series of interviews with Catalyst Housing team members, in order to track each moment of the customer experience to ensure that the copy was accurate and easy to follow. The pack consists of a six page folder, which houses two brochures, including a step-by-step guide to the reselling process.
